Foundation Programme

The foundation programme certificate enables you to commence a vocational education as a chef, caterer, "smoerrebroedsjomfru" or waiter/waitress.

AP Programme

The AP Programme in Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management programme is a two-year programme that aims to qualify the student to work at management level.
